1. Property & Land Legal Matters
Conduct title due diligence, ownership verification, and encumbrance checks for land parcels which are being considered for acquisitions.
Review and maintain all land and revenue records, including property cards, 7/12 extracts, mutation entries, and NA/NOC documents and all other documents to each land parcel of the company.
Coordinate with the Revenue Department, Collector’s office, and Tehsildar offices for property-related matters permissions, and hearings as may be required.
Handle mutation, demarcation, and land conversion issues independently.
2. Drafting & Vetting of Legal Documents
Draft, vet, and finalize various real estate contracts and agreements, including
Development Agreements, Joint Development Agreements (JDA), and Joint Venture Contracts

Coordinate with auditors and consultants for CA, Architect, and Engineer certificates.
Ensure strict adherence to RERA advertising and disclosure norms.
Attend RERA hearings and represent the company before the authority when required.
4. Government Correspondence & Hearings
Handle all government correspondences with departments various departments like Town Planning, and Revenue Offices.
Prepare written communications, responses to notices, and official replies on behalf of the company.
Attend government hearings, site inspections, and followups related to project and property issues.
5. Litigation & Legal Proceedings
Handle and coordinate ongoing litigation, arbitration, and revenue cases involving the company.
Work with external legal counsels for filing replies, affidavits, and case documentation.
Maintain a litigation tracker with case summaries, next dates, and follow ups.
6. Advisory & Internal Legal Support
Provide legal advisory to management on project structuring, land acquisition, and contract negotiations.
Support internal departments, Operations, Finance, and Sales with legal inputs on agreements and compliance.
Identify potential legal risks and recommend appropriate preventive actions.
Required Primary Skills
Strong knowledge of property law, redevelopment regulations, MAHARERA and Development Regulations
