Scope:
Market research and lead generation through portals. Online databases to identify and engage potential IT clients.
Responsible for building a strong sales pipeline by qualifying and sharing high-quality leads with the business team.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
Generate sales leads through LinkedIn, global business directories, industry platforms, and online databases.
Initiate contact via email, LinkedIn, and cold outreach to introduce company services.
Qualify prospects based on project requirements, technology needs, and outsourcing potential.
Build and maintain a strong international sales pipeline.
Update and manage lead data in CRM or tracking systems.
Follow up with prospects to move leads toward sales discussions.
Coordinate with the sales and technical teams for smooth handover of qualified leads.

Qualifications and required Skills:

1–2 years of experience in B2B lead generation or international sales, preferably in the IT services industry.
Strong understanding of IT services and product engineering.
