Accessing the performance of the vendors based on various criterions such as quality/technology improvement rate, timely delivery, credit terms etc. Sourcing alternative local & overseas vendors for future requirements. Interaction with finance & Accounts Dept. For release the payment to the Vendors as per supply terms.
