Monitor and verify materials received, quantities used, and work completed.

Report any delays, discrepancies, or technical issues to the Site Engineer/Project Manager promptly.
2. Initiative & Independent Execution
Act as a self-driven site lead, capable of taking day-to-day decisions on-site to ensure continuity of work.
Anticipate material, labor, and equipment needs and coordinate proactively with procurement and engineers.
Plan and execute tasks to maintain work continuity even in absence of higher management.
Ensure quality, productivity, discipline, and coordination among site teams.
3. Quality & Safety Control
Conduct regular quality checks for civil, finishing, and MEP works.
Enforce safety norms and ensure PPE compliance by all site personnel.
Prevent rework by maintaining execution accuracy and following approved drawings.
Highlight and rectify workmanship or material quality issues immediately.
Conduct daily/ weekly/ monthly material testing.
4. Documentation & Reporting
Maintain daily work logs, attendance registers, and site progress reports.
Record material inflow and outflow, coordinate with stores/procurement teams.
Capture daily progress photos and update management via email/WhatsApp as required.
Maintain checklists for quality and activity completion.
5. Coordination & Communication
Coordinate with the Site Engineer, contractors, vendors, and consultants to ensure smooth project flow.
Communicate clearly about requirements, progress, and challenges.
Support in preparation of bills, measurements, and progress updates.
Required Primary Skills:
Ability to read and understand basic architectural and structural drawings.
Knowledge of construction activities & ability to handle work pressure & get execution done through contractors.
