Key Roles & Responsibilities:

·  Team Management
·  Handling B2B (group business) from Brokers
·  Direct B2B clients handling
·  Direct clients acquisition
·  Business login and policy management
·  Client support
·  Development of B2B client base through digital platforms
·  Channel partner management
·  Annual budgeting and business forecasting Key Requirements

Education & Certificates

· MBA/PGDBM or equivalent professional course
· Graduate with Any technical course / certification in health insurance will be an added advantage

Key Requirements - Experience & Skills

· Understanding of the Group Health Insurance / Group Mediclaim policies
· Understanding of Group Personal Accident policies
· Experience in broker / agent/ bank partner handling
· Experience in TPA management
· Minimum 5 years of experience as Individual role and 3 years as Team handling
· Expertise in data management

Qualification
