Role & responsibilities

  • Individual role handling B2B (group business) from Brokers, Advisors & Bank partners, Direct B2B clients handling, Direct clients acquisition
  • Handling B2B (group business) from Brokers, Advisors & Bank partners
  • Direct B2B clients handling
  • Direct clients acquisition
  • Business login and policy management
  • Client support
  • Development of B2B client base through digital platforms
  • Channel partner management
  • Annual budgeting and business forecasting

Preferred candidate profile

  • MBA/PGDBM or equivalent professional course
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience
  • Graduate & Any technical course / certification in health insurance will be an added advantage
  • Understanding of the Group Health Insurance / Group Mediclaim policies
  • Understanding of Group Personal Accident policies
  • Experience in broker / agent/ bank partner handling
  • Experience in TPA management
  • Expertise in data management
  • Must have Convincing skills Yes Product/Insurance Knowledge, Continuous Learning, Technology Proficiency, Team Work, Problem Solving & Analytical Skills, Compliance& Regulatory Knowledge, Customer Focus, Strategic Mindset, Entrepreneurship, Execution Excellence
