MP - Sales Executive/Sr. Sales Executive/Sales Manager
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders – contractors, applicators, builders, consultants, architects, and distributors.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase market share in the region.

Promote and sell a range of construction chemical products (e.g., waterproofing, admixtures, sealants, grouts, flooring, repair products).

Conduct product presentations and on-site demos for clients and consultants.
-
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
-
Provide technical support and solutions to customers when required.

Collect market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and trends.

Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain account health.

Regularly update CRM and prepare sales reports.
Requirements:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Chemistry, Marketing, or related field (preferred).

2+ years of experience in construction chemical or building materials sales.
-
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
-
Ability to travel extensively within Madhya Pradesh.
-
Knowledge of local construction practices and market landscape.
-
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
