We Are Hiring CRM Executive In Surat.
Job Title: CRM Executive Location
District: Surat
Experience Required: 2–4 years
Salary Range: ₹18,000 – ₹30,000/month + performance bonus
Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Building: Maintain regular contact with customers to ensure satisfaction and keep them updated on new products or services.

Site Visits & Customer Meetings: Conduct in-person visits to key clients to strengthen relationships, understand their challenges, and explore future requirements.

Referral Generation: Proactively seek referrals from happy customers and manage the referral pipeline using the CRM system.

Complaint Resolution: Serve as the main point of contact for client issues, coordinating internally to resolve complaints efficiently and maintain a positive customer experience.

CRM Management: Accurately log all customer interactions, orders, referrals, and follow-ups in the CRM system to track engagement and satisfaction.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Experience with CRM software and customer service

Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities

Willingness to travel for site visits and customer meetings
