Job Description:
An Executive Assistant (EA) to a Director provides high-level administrative and organizational support, managing the director's schedule, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, and ensuring the smooth operation of the director's office. EAs often act as a crucial point of contact between the director and internal/external stakeholders, requiring strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. They also manage confidential information with discretion and may assist with project management and strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:

Calendar Management:Scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the Director.

Communication Management:Handling correspondence, including drafting emails, letters, and other communications on behalf of the Director.

Meeting Coordination:Organizing and facilitating meetings, preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.

Administrative Support:Managing files, records, and databases, ensuring efficient office operations.

Project Management:Assisting with the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects, as assigned by the Director.
