Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
- Market Analysis: Researching potential international markets, assessing economic conditions, identifying trends, and analyzing competitors.
- Strategy & Planning: Developing and implementing country-specific market entry and growth strategies aligned with overall business goals.
- Relationship Management: Cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with overseas partners, distributors, agents, and key clients.
- Sales & Negotiation: Leading negotiations, closing deals, and managing international sales pipelines to meet revenue targets.
- Collaboration: Working closely with internal teams (marketing, product, legal, operations) for seamless global execution.
- Representation: Attending international trade shows, conferences, and networking events.
- Compliance: Ensuring adherence to local regulations and international trade laws.
Core Qualifications:
- Proven experience in international sales or business development.
- Strong understanding of global market dynamics, trade, and cross-cultural communication.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Multilingual ability is often a plus.
