Busness Development Manager - Nutraceuticals (Europe & UAE)

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute export sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets in international markets.
Identify, approach, and onboard new distributors, agents, and clients across different geographies.
Manage and strengthen relationships with existing international customers.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, competitor activities, and regulatory requirements in target countries.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial terms with overseas buyers/agents.
Ensure compliance with export documentation, trade regulations, and country-specific requirements.
Collaborate with production, logistics, and quality teams to ensure smooth and timely execution of export orders.
Represent the company in international exhibitions, trade fairs, and business meetings.
Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, and market analysis for management review.
Monitor payments, credit terms, and resolve any commercial disputes with clients.

Key Skills-

8+ years of proven experience in export sales/business development in nutraceuticals and pharmaceuticals.
Strong understanding of international trade, export documentation, and INCOTERMS.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently, travel internationally, and build long-term business relationships.
Proficiency in MS Office.
Fluency in English is mandatory; knowledge of additional foreign languages will be a plus.
