Job Description:
An Executive Telecaller cum Back Office role combines outbound/inbound calling (lead generation, customer support, scheduling) with administrative duties (data entry, documentation, reporting) to support daily business operations. This role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and proficiency in MS Office.
Key Responsibilities
- Telecalling & Sales: Making outbound calls to prospective clients, promoting services, and booking appointments.
- Customer Support: Handling inbound inquiries and following up with clients for feedback.
- Back Office Operations: Managing data entry, documentation, and maintaining client databases.
- Reporting: Preparing daily, weekly, or monthly operational reports.
- Coordination: Working with internal teams (e.g., sales, operations) to ensure smooth workflows.
- Administration: Handling emails, managing correspondence, and providing administrative support.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience is highly valued.
- Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word) and strong telephone etiquette.
- Attributes: Excellent communication skills, ability to multitask, and strong organizational skills.
- Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
