Job Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Telecaller (or Educational Counselor) to join our team in Raipur. You will act as the primary point of contact for prospective students and parents, guiding them in choosing the right courses, understanding fee structures, and completing the enrollment process. Key Responsibilities
  • Outbound & Inbound Calling: Make outbound calls to leads and follow up on inquiries from websites, social media, and walk-ins.
  • Student Counseling: Assess students' educational backgrounds and career goals to recommend suitable courses, programs, or batches.
  • Information Delivery: Clearly explain course curriculum, fee structures, faculty, and admission eligibility to prospects.
  • Lead Management: Accurately update call statuses, student details, and follow-up notes in the CRM or lead tracking systems.
  • Target Achievement: Work towards achieving daily/weekly call quotas and monthly enrollment/admission targets.
  • Relationship Building: Address concerns, resolve queries politely, and build trust with students and parents. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]
Key Requirements & Skills
  • Education: Minimum of a Higher Secondary (10+2) degree; a Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
  • Experience: 1-3 years of proven experience in telecalling, educational sales, or customer service.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in English, Hindi, and local dialects.
  • Tech-Savvy: Basic knowledge of using CRM tools, Google Sheets/Excel, and communication apps like WhatsApp.
