Job Purpose:

To efficiently execute client trading requirements across equity and derivative markets while ensuring accurate, timely and compliant order execution. The role is responsible for providing effective dealing support, monitoring market movements, assisting clients with trading-related requirements, and ensuring a high standard of service and operational accuracy.

Job Description:

• Trade Execution: Execute equity and derivative orders accurately and promptly on behalf of clients, ensuring timely execution as per client instructions.
• Client Dealing & Support: Handle day-to-day trading requirements and provide timely support to clients regarding orders, positions, trades and other dealing-related queries.
• Market Monitoring: Monitor market movements, trends and relevant developments to provide timely market updates and trading-related information to clients.
• Order & Risk Management: Ensure accurate order placement, monitor open positions and follow prescribed risk management, trading and compliance procedures.
• Client Service & Coordination: Maintain effective communication with clients and coordinate with internal teams such as Operations, RMS and other relevant functions for smooth execution and resolution of trading-related issues.

Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills :

 Role Requirements:
• Educational Qualifications: Graduate in any discipline.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in the Broking, BFSI, NBFC, or Financial Services industry.
• Domain Knowledge: Equity and Derivative Markets, Broking and Operations, Client Risk Profiling, Fundamental and Technical Analysis.
• IT Skills: Proficiency in Trading Applications and MS Office.
• Additional Certification: NISM Series VIII – Equity Derivatives Certification
