Experience Required: Minimum 4 Years
Salary Range: 2.75 L PA
Qualification: Any Graduate

Job Description:
- Core Activities:
- Manage day to day activities for Chairman, responsible for overall secretarial support to chairman office receive/send fax, email etc.
- Maintain contact directory. Act as a single point contact. Maintain record of all the contacts by feeding in the details of all the visiting cards and timely update the same.
- Reminding about his daily engagement/meetings at least in one or two days advance.
- Prepare travel program and make arrangement for travel.
- Process travel reimbursements.
- General correspondence.
- Maintaining files, updating and reporting of the details JOB.
