Job Description:

Responsible for enhancement in productivity of technical & non-technical personnel through

training, learnings, and development.
Conducting of various training programs:
 FTTH NJT (New Joinee Training) on Installation
FTTH NJT (New Joinee Training) on Fault Repair
 FONI Training / CSAT / NPS Training
 S2S (Sales Through Service) Training
 New Product/Scheme/ Offers Training
 Gate Meeting/ Field Training
 On-The-Job Training / Beat Training
 Soft Skill / Behavior Training
 Refresher Training
TTT for FSD Team:
 Provide train-the-trainer sessions for the assigned city ASIs and ASMs
On-Field Market Visit
 On-field training to coach and train the low performers and analyze the training
requirements
 Conduct OJT (On the Job) sessions for New Joiness on field.
 Filed audit to improve the KPI parameters
LMS Training:
 Deployment and course completion on on-line LMS and ensuring 100% course
completion.
Maintain Updated curriculum database and maintaining and tracking of reporting.

 Manage and maintain in-house training facilities, equipment, curriculum database and
maintaining the training reports.
Determine Training Requirements.
 Interacting with various stakeholders to review results and evaluate training
effectiveness.
Performance Improvement & Planning (PIP)
 Giving feedback to the trainees and suggesting an action plan depending on the areas
of improvement and conducting PIP on monthly basis.
