Candidate should be from paints or chemical Industry.

Brief about the Job Role-
This role is basically responsible for the overall sales performance. They develop an overall business plan, including sales strategies and profit goals. They are also responsible for developing sales programs that maximize sales from the assigned accounts to the target accounts, overseeing and conducting market research to develop and implement sales initiatives, developing and implementing sales strategies and product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities-
Corporate Approvals- Regular visit to be made to Govt. Departments, Key Accounts, EPC Contractors, End users, Consultants, Architects etc. for obtaining the approval and to enlist our brand name into the approved vendor list for different customers/projects.
Sales Planning and Forecast- Candidate to drive the weekly, monthly and quarterly sales numbers, maintain a healthy enquiry bank for upcoming 03 months. He/she must continuously enlarge the customer base/channel partners for our business growth.
Reporting- Candidate should submit the weekly and monthly reports as per MIS format timely.
Site Trial- Candidate should arrange local applicator team to conduct the site trials and manage to get the approvals from customer/consultants.
Team Handling- Candidate should continuously nurture, motivate and encourage the team and ensure to achieve the organizational sales target.
Quotation Submission- Candidate should be able to complete the accurate project costing and submit techno-commercial quotation by thorough competitor analysis.
Resolving Customer Query and Site Complaint: Candidate should be able to handle the customer’s technical queries and minor application related issues at site. However, support shall be given from R&D/HO.
Compliance with Company SOP and Policies- Candidate must strictly obey the company policies and processes for day-to-day sales operation, dealer appointment and any other work.
Technology to be Handled:
Acrylic Emulsion.
Synthetic Enamel/ Alkyd.
Epoxy.
Polyurethane.
Road Marking etc.
