Job Description:
- Business Analyst with Experience in writing BRD / FRD Documents & should have minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Debt Capital Market Domain.
- Experience in Corporate Trust / Agency & trust /Depository receipts / Structured finance and debt capital markets.
- Experience in Issuer services functions like Debt life cycles, interest calculation, Trustee / fiduciary, Safekeeping / Custody, Issuance & Payments (Will be a added advantage).
- Experience in products like Commercial paper, ETF (Exchange Traded fund), Asset backed Securities, CLO (Collateral Loan obligation ),ADR, GDR(Will be a added advantage).
- Applications like ABS Suite (IBM), Solvas (Deloitte) & Flex cube / TLM (or) its equivalent applications Will be an Add-on.
- Should have experience in writing SQL Queries.
