Job Description:
  • Oversee project sales activities for steel pipes as AGM/DGM, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to penetrate target markets and achieve revenue objectives.
  • Cultivate relationships with key clients, EPC contractors, and government agencies involved in infrastructure projects.
  • Lead negotiations for large-scale projects, ensuring competitive pricing and terms.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and ensure efficient project execution.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, regulations, and market dynamics to identify growth opportunities and mitigate risks.
  • Provide technical expertise and support to customers, addressing their specific requirements.
  • Mentor and coach sales team members to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Prepare comprehensive sales reports and forecasts for senior management review.
