Responsibilities:

The “Sr. Executive – International marketing” must fulfill the assigned responsibilities and follow the direction of his immediate “Supervisor “and operate in accordance with the Company’s Procedure, Policies, HSE Standards and Quality Management System.
The operational responsibilities of this position include:
- Coordinate export activities including order processing, documentation, shipping, and delivery of engineering products to international customers.
- Liaise with internal departments such as sales, production, logistics, and finance to ensure seamless execution of export orders.
- Communicate regularly with overseas customers to understand their requirements, provide product information, and address inquiries or concerns.
- Prepare and review export documentation such as commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and export licenses to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with freight forwarders and carriers to schedule shipments, negotiate freight rates, and monitor transit times to meet delivery deadlines.
- Coordinate customs clearance procedures and manage import/export documentation in accordance with local and international regulations.
- Stay informed about changes in export regulations, tariffs, and trade agreements to ensure compliance and minimize risks associated with international trade.
- Resolve any issues or discrepancies related to export shipments, including shipping delays, damaged goods, or customs issues.
- Maintain accurate records of export transactions, including sales contracts, shipping documents, and compliance records.
- Analyze export performance metrics such as shipping costs, transit times, and customer satisfaction to identify areas for improvement and optimize export operations.
· Adhere to the timelines issued by reporting manager/Management.
In addition to the above, the Employee is expected to complete any other tasks as assigned by his / her Manager.
Accountabilities:

- Strong understanding of international trade regulations, export compliance requirements, and customs procedures.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to interact effectively with internal teams, external partners, and international customers.
- Proficiency in using export documentation software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office applications.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of Incoterms and experience with export financing and payment methods is a plus.
· Provide monthly sales forecast, major prospects etc.
· Provide Inputs on customer expectation, competitive intelligence, industry information and report to management on timely basis.
· Weekly sales reporting.

Eligibility:
|
· Must be less than 30 years of age.
· Minimum 2-4 years of experience in similar field.
- Proven experience in export operations, preferably in the engineering or manufacturing industry.
· Experience in working with team.
- Bachelor's degree in International Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
