Roles and Responsibilities:

  1. Excellent Communication:

    • Demonstrate exceptional verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with customers and convey project details.
  2. Appointment Fixing:

    • Initiate outbound calls to potential customers to schedule appointments for site visits and project discussions.
    • Coordinate with customers to find suitable timing for visits and ensure smooth arrangements.
  3. Customer Site Visits:

    • Arrange and facilitate customer site visits, providing guidance and assistance throughout the tour.
    • Showcase project features, amenities, and benefits to highlight the value proposition to customers.
  4. Project Details Explanation:

    • Educate customers about project details, including location, specifications, pricing, and payment plans.
    • Address customer inquiries and concerns with clarity and professionalism to instill confidence in our offerings.
  5. Follow-Up and Customer Engagement:

    • Conduct regular follow-up calls and emails with customers to nurture leads and maintain ongoing engagement.
    • Provide timely updates, address queries, and offer assistance to support customers throughout their decision-making process.
  6. Property Listings and Lead Generation:

    • Manage property listings on various web portals and platforms to maximize visibility and generate leads.
    • Utilize online and offline channels to identify potential leads and expand the customer base.
  7. Record Keeping:

    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, calls, appointments, and follow-up activities.
    • Ensure proper documentation and organization of information for easy access and reference.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in a pre-sales or customer-facing role, preferably in the real estate industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with customers effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple tasks and follow-up activities efficiently.
  • Proactive attitude and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software, MS Office Suite, and other relevant tools for record-keeping and communication.
  • Adaptability and resilience to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic sales environment.
