Job Description:

Since these employees will be required to do night shifts /rotational shifts only,   preference would be male candidates only.

CTC – Upto 6L  

Graduate mandatory

Candidates to be targeted from Central and Navi Mumbai only . No western line candidates to be lined up .

Notice Period : Immediate or 30days , not more than that . No ICICI Lombard candidates to be lined up.

Role/ Job Title: E-Branch Relationship Manager

Business: Retail Assets

Function/ Department: Turbo Cross sell

Place of Work: Thane , Hiranandani Estate, Quantum Building ,  13^th Floor

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Will be required meet & exceed revenue target engaging customers .
• Explore business opportunities and faster resolution time with appropriate close looping.
• Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities & evaluate customer needs.
• Resolving customer service issues and inquiries and later transitioning to pitching products and services basis customer profile and need analysis Job Profile
• Interacting with Customers on video, in a professional and friendly manner.
• Performing customer service activities and initiatives across product segments.(Training will be provided)
• Resolving customer service issues and inquiries and later transitioning to pitching products and services basis customer profile and need analysis
• Should be willing to work on a rotational roster
• Should be willing to work in night shifts
• Should carry IDFC FIRST Bank values and display “Always You First” attitude in every interaction.

• Ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external teams/stake holders.
