Job Description:
Job Responsibilities
- Activation of Non-performing branches/ regions for x-sell
- Ensure business growth as per targets assiged
- Market survey for the right product for the right market / Region / Circle
- Motivate and manage the team to increase productivity
- Visit the Region/Branch Office to understand each territory and solve issues
- Facilitating ongoing training to new/existing branches on Products & ongoing new Product
- Coordinate with Regions/Branches in case of any discrepancy/issue
Repots & MIS
- Daily Disbursement Report to be matched
- Daily basis connect with vendors & tally cash sale report with IMS
- Sending daily stock update in Whats App Group.
- Maintaining & Managing Inventory for all Regional / Branch All Products
- Preparing MIS & Reports as per the requirement from field (RMs & DYCOOs)
- Preparing MIS & Reports as per the requirement from vendors
- Preparing RnR as per the launch by Vendors
Relationship Management
- Daily basis connect with vendors to tally stock and other requirement of Vendors.
- Connecting with vendors to resolve field issues
- Connecting with branches to resolve field issues
- Connecting with RMs/RCs/BMs/TMs on Daily and Weekly basis to resolve the issues & motive the cross-sell disbursement
- Connecting with vendors to provide the products on time
- Connecting with vendors to resolve the defective/damage products .
Required Experience
- Experience – 7-8 years in product sales coordinaton and reporting.
