Associate Vice President - Sales
Job Description:
Role
- Building and managing a scaled 3rd party distribution network in the city.
- Tie-up with DSA’s, retail broker and other retail distribution channels and managing such relationships
- Creating a strong & compliant sales culture across the channel to drive acquisitions, profitability and employee development.
- Identifying the need of sales training, analyzing changing market trends, channel deployment etc. Ensure implementation of promotional plans & contests and suggesting new and innovating promotion plan for the area of work.
Qualifications and Experience
- Graduate/ Post Graduates with relevant sales experience of 6-10 years in managing large sales channels in multiple market environments
- Prior & relevant experience preferably in the Financial Services Industry on the retail assets side/ Postpaid telecom sales having handled 3rd party distribution
- Demonstrated success & achievement orientation & excellent communication skills.
- Strong bias for action & driving results in a high performance environment.
- Excellent relationship skills.
- Strong analytical skills to drive channel performance and drive profitability.
- High motivational levels and needs to be a self starter
