Job Description:
  • Designation – Sales Team Leader
  • Qualification – Any Graduate or Master Graduate
  • Location- New Mumbai Mahape
  • Work Timings – 9:00 am to 6:00 pm
  • Working Days – 6 (  Alternate Saturdays are off which is 2nd & 4th )
  • Salary– Best in industry,  Candidate will be on Talisman’s Payroll
  • Other Employee Benefits  –  Leave, PF & ESIC if applicable, bonus.
  • Experience – 5 -6 years

 

Job Purpose: We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Team Lead - Sales to join our sales team. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving sales to achieve revenue targets. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in sales, excellent communication skills, and a customer-focused approach.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and Generate Leads: Identify potential clients and generate new business leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Client Relationship Management: · Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Understand their needs, address inquiries, and provide product information.
  • Sales Negotiation: · Conduct negotiations with clients to secure profitable agreements. Handle objections and reach mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Achieve Sales Targets: · Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Develop and implement strategies to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Market Research: · Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. Use market insights to identify new business opportunities.
  • Sales Reporting: · Prepare regular sales reports and updates for management. Provide insights into sales performance, trends, and areas for improvement.
  • CRM Management: · Utilize the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to track and manage sales activities, leads, and client interactions.
  • Collaboration with Team: · Work collaboratively with the sales team, marketing, and other departments to achieve overall company objectives.
  • Qualifications and Skills: · Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. · Proven experience as a Sales Team Lead or in a similar sales role. · Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

* Immediate joiners from nearby locations will be highly preferred

* Candidates from Food Industry & shipping line will be preferred Sales Team Leader

* Team handling experience is must for all the profiles 

* Male candidates are preferred for all the profiles
