Job Description:
  • Designation – Operations Manager / Lead
  • Qualification – 8-10 years of agency experience with 5+ years in operations/ account management role. Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Business Management from a reputed institution,          technology/science background is a plus.
  • Work Timings – 10:30am to 7:30pm
  • Working Days – Monday to Friday
  • Work Location –  Andheri east

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead operations and day-to-day functioning of the agency while heading the Project delivery, Facility management & administration, HR, Finance, and Technology functions.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including creative, scientific communications & client servicing teams to plan strategies and implement policies, processes, and technology solutions to enable world-class project deliveries.
• Own end-project deliveries by maintaining a calm, collected attitude especially during highpressure situations, to effectively navigate challenges and drive teams towards successful outcomes.
• Administration & Facility management: Ensure smooth functioning and asset management with up-to-date IT and non-IT infrastructure.
• Human Resources: Bridge the gap between management and employees. Supervise timely resource recruitment with the support of HR executive, corresponding team leads and external partners; Develop and implement professional development plans and annual appraisals, employee discipline and code of conduct policy compliance, conflict resolution, employee engagement, training etc.
• Finance: Ensure processes for vendor compliances, payments, and overall finance overview along with accounts executive.
• Technology: Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continually enhance our processes.
• Client onboarding & coordination: Co-ordinate with the new client team and facilitate processes and representation for onboarding documentation and proposals.
• Project tracking and deliveries: Create a project tracking system for monthly updates on deliveries and send client project status reports on a timely basis.
• Technology/web-based project management: Lead the technology-based projects and collaborate and coordinate with consultants and clients for end-to-end delivery. .
