Qualification: Diploma or B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
Location -Mulund -Thane
Experience - 4 years
working days - Mon - Sat
working Time - 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Salary: Best in industry (It will be on Talisman HR Solutions Payroll)
Job purpose : Manage and oversee the timely and quality execution of residential construction projects, focusing on finishing work for flat handover.
Experience Needed:
- Project execution.
- Finishing work for flat handover.
- Specifically in residential projects
- Manage and oversee project execution from start to finish.
- Ensure quality finishing work for timely flat handover to customer
- Average English communication skills required.
- Familiarity with construction documentation.
- Coordination with contractors and subcontractors.
