Responsibilities for Business Analyst

• Determine and define project scope and objectives
• Manages technical & core IT components of moderately complex IT projects.
• Demonstrates a comprehensive understanding of how areas of IT project leadership collectively integrate to contribute to achieving business goals.
• Collaborate with the Solution Architects, providing input to product features, functions, and roadmap
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the execution of multiple project
• Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant internal stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
• Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
• Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members
• Develop spreadsheets, flow diagrams and process maps to document needs
• Managing delivery of the project according to this plan
• Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan
• Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress
• Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables
• Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution
• Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement
• IT background with experience across the systems development life cycle with experience in all project phases plan, initiate, elaborate, design, build, test, implement
• Good exposure of complex business system landscapes deployment and modification (i.e. ERP, BPM, CRM, etc)
• Providing technical and functional guidance to support one or multiple projects
• Responsible for Work breakdown and allocation, Development, scheduling of QA, Project documentation, Code deliverables, Architecture, Design and Code reviews and Implementation.

Requirements:

• Proven 3-4 years of working experience in project management roles
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
• Excellent knowledge of Databases, Backend, Front end & IT Technologies connectivity, and their application in digital transformation
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent documentation skills & knowledge of preparing BRD, SRS, Project Tracker, Project Plan, Power Point Presentations.
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
• Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
• Experience with project management software tools
• Knowledge of Supply Chain, ERP & CRM projects.
