- 9 hrs shift, 6 days a week (Monday to Saturday)
- Work during peak festive seasons (Diwali, Ganpati, Dassera, Holi, Parsi New Year)

Job Description:
- The ideal candidate should be at least a graduate with Min. 1 to 2 years of experience in handling clients, regular follow-ups of the customers.
- Maintaining healthy relations with the customers.
- Ensuring your existing customers are satisfied through after-service care, as well as gaining and using feedback,
- Acting as a single point of contact for complaints and escalating issues as appropriate
- Ensure that No customer’s complaint is left unresolved
- His/her motto should be that every Parsi Dairy Farm Customer leaves with a smile & feeling of satisfaction with them.
- Building and maintaining profitable relationships with key customers.
- Overseeing the relationship with customers handled by team.
- Resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently.
- Keeping customers updated on the latest offers/schemes in order to increase sales.
- Understanding key customer individual needs and addressing these.
- Ensure outstanding customer satisfaction by maintaining strong working relationships.
- Guide and lead team members to deliver products/services that meet or exceed the customer requirements.
- Manage and train resources to ensure quality and consistency of service to customers.
- Daily communication with internal & external customers.
- Maintain complete and accurate customer correspondence data.
- Develop and update customer related reports.
- Identify and develop problem solving methodologies to resolve customer issues.
