Position Overview: We are looking for an energetic and driven Business Development Manager with a strong network within the industry to spearhead our sales and marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have excellent networking skills, a proven track record of acquiring new clients, and the ability to consistently exceed sales quotas.
Salary: Basis current package and caliber plus performance-based incentives.
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday with alternate Saturdays off.
Office Hours: 10:00 a.m.- 6:00 p.m. or 10:30 a.m. - 6:30 p.m.

- Networking: Utilize great networking skills to connect with industry leaders and potential clients.
- Client Acquisition: Develop new acquisitions and clients, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
- Business Deals: Identify and propose potential business deals by contacting potential partners and exploring opportunities.
- Confidentiality: Protect the organization's value by keeping information confidential.
- Sales Achievement: Consistently exceed sales quotas month on month.
- Industry Expertise: Demonstrate strong business acumen and industry expertise.
- Professional Networking: Connect and network with heads of other brands to achieve professional and financial goals.
- Leadership: Lead sales and marketing initiatives for prospects and clients.
- Business Development: Develop, implement, and manage business development activities, helping the team deliver their financial targets.
- Client Relations: Solicit additional business after previous sales are concluded.
- Customer Service: Meet new clients and associations of business organizations, retail, corporate, architects, and exhibition & events companies.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in business development, particularly within events and exhibitions companies.
- Strong networking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
- Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
