Job Description:

As a Distributor Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our broadband services
reach by effectively engaging with distributors and their retail outlets. Your primary responsibility will be
to drive sales and ensure customer satisfaction within your assigned territory.

DUTIES AND
RESPONSIBILITIES

• Daily Distributor Visits: Maintain regular and consistent communication with distributors to foster
strong relationships and understand their specific needs.


• Query Resolution: Address queries and concerns from both customers and distributors promptly
and professionally, ensuring a positive experience for all parties involved.


• Retail Outlet Audits: Conduct regular audits of retail outlets to assess the visibility of our brand
and products. Take corrective actions to enhance brand presence and drive sales.


• Lead Generation and Conversion: Actively engage with potential customers, present our
broadband services effectively, and convert leads into loyal customers.


• Customer Onboarding: Guide customers through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and
seamless transition to our services.

Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills :

Minimum 1–2-year experience working as a telecom shop promoter or salesperson in an electronic outlet.
EDUCATION
REQUIREMENTS Minimum 10+2/12th/Diploma

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Self-motivated and driven
• A deep understanding of the local market dynamics and customer preferences is essential.
• Proven experience in a frontline sales role, demonstrating a track record of achieving sales
targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are crucial for building relationships with
distributors and customers.
• The ability to initiate and hold consultative conversations, understanding customer needs and
tailoring solutions accordingly Proven sales experience preferably telecom industry
• Computer use competency will be an added advantage
• A strong drive to achieve results and exceed expectations.
