Job Description:

To develop and manage schemes, analyse portfolio yields, and ensure compliance with market
requirements. This role involves close coordination with various departments to optimize processes
and drive financial performance.

Scheme Development: Create and maintain financial schemes that meet market
requirements and quality standards.
 Portfolio Management: Oversee portfolio yields and conduct thorough analysis to identify
areas for improvement.
 Effectiveness Analysis: Evaluate the effectiveness of schemes and policies, monitor
penetration and deviations, and perform dealer pay-out/VLI and RBMI analysis.
 Portfolio Corrections: Collaborate with the collections team to analyze and correct portfolio
issues.
 Cross-Department Coordination: Work with compliance, risk, underwriting, and audit
teams to ensure all actions align with company policies.
 Process Improvement: Design and enhance processes for lending, underwriting, and
collections.
 Incentive Programs: Develop and implement dealer incentive programs.
 Audit & Compliance: To review and assess the effectiveness of internal controls, risk
management and to monitor and track the implementation of audit recommendations. To
ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements.
