Job Description – Compliance
MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB
 Should be able to under the regulation and ensure proper compliance from
client and guide the client, if required
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB (KRA) Alternative Investment Fund
 Ensuring each client is doing the compliance activities and providing
information to trustee on time and correctly;
 Assist in structuring /give inputs in transaction structuring if required
 Regular follow-up on the compliance from Fund manager
 Updating self, team and client with circulars
 Sending synopsis of new regulation to client along with help of team
 Attending client meeting with senior, if required
 Assisting/ guiding client and team on compliances as and when required
 Preparing any letters for onward submission to regulator, if needed
 Providing response to client on email and letter with specific regulation
 Assist in resolving clients legal queries;
 Assist in fixing up client/prospective client/lenders/investors meetings;
 Liaison for document executions with all parties, review and execute
documents wherever required;
 Monitoring regulatory compliances as applicable;
 Liaison with Regulator f o r representing the company.
