Job Description:
Designation -Trust Secretary
Location: Bandra West
Reporting to: Asst. Director (Medical) and CEO
Key Responsibilities:
- Board Support:
- Coordinate and schedule board meetings, ensuring timely distribution of agendas, materials, and minutes.
- Attend board meetings, record accurate minutes, and maintain a record of decisions and actions.
- Assist in the preparation of board papers and presentations as required.
- Governance and Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements, including the maintenance of corporate records and filings.
- Keep abreast of changes in relevant legislation and governance best practices.
- Support the implementation and monitoring of governance policies and procedures.
- Stakeholder Communication:
- Serve as a primary point of contact for stakeholders, including trustees, senior management, and external partners.
- Facilitate effective communication between the board, management, and external parties.
- Draft and distribute correspondence on behalf of the Trust as necessary.
- Administrative Support:
- Provide support to the Trustees including calendar management and day to day reporting.
- Assist in the coordination of special projects and initiatives as assigned.
- Manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Risk Management:
- Assist in the identification, assessment, and mitigation of risks related to governance and compliance.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of risk management strategies.
