Job Role:

Training and Development Management: Manage training and development activities for the online advisory channel. Lead a team of trainers, providing guidance and support to ensure the development of a skilled and motivated workforce.
Training Need Analysis: Conduct thorough Training Need Analysis (TNA) to identify skill gaps and design targeted training programs. Collaborate with business units to gather insights and feedback for continuous improvement.
E-Learning: Drive the implementation and adoption of e-learning platform (Paathshala) to enhance training efficiency. Stay updated on industry trends and technology to integrate relevant e-learning tools into the training programs.
Training Delivery: Conduct training sessions for leaders, team leaders, and senior managers, ensuring the effective transfer of knowledge and skills. Implement innovative and engaging training methodologies to enhance learning outcomes.
Stakeholder Management: Plan and conduct regular reviews with stakeholders to understand business needs and align training programs accordingly. Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure the success of training initiatives.

Skills Required:

 Bachelor's/Master’s degree,
 Proven experience in training and development management, preferably in the financial
advisory sector.
 Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
 Ability to lead a team and collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
 Knowledge of e-learning platforms and modern training methodologies.
 Analytical mindset with the ability to conduct data-driven assessments.
