Overview: The Bakery Chef will be responsible for the preparation, creation and execution of all desserts and other  baked goods and will assist in overseeing the overall running of the pastry kitchen, cleanliness and  organization.   Essential Job Functions:  Prepare a wide variety of goods such as cakes, cookies, pies, bread etc. following traditional and modern recipes  Assist with developing, implementing, and maintaining new recipes, presentations, and products.  Assist the Pastry Chef with the coordination and direction of the pastry operation.  Supervises the preparation and production of all baked goods  Prepares specialty baked goods for in-house and catered events  Inspect the quality of the ingredients and measure them for specific recipes  Pair recommended desserts with appropriate non-alcoholic drinks, etc.  Control effective storage and stock levels, while always being cost-conscious  Check quality of material and condition of equipment and devices used for baking  Analyzes food costs and determines most cost-effective recipes while maintaining quality  Identify staffing needs and help recruit and train personnel  Provides training and guidance to pastry staff performing related work  Ensure kitchen equipment is in good condition and meets all requirements  Performs other duties as assigned to meet business needs  Supervisory Responsibilities:  Supervises day-to-day activities; provides a “Hands On” approach to  training, planning, assigning and delegating work. Encourages elevated performance, leads by example,  and disciplines employees for the purpose of improving the Pastry Departments standards of excellence.

Overview: We are looking to hire an experienced factory manager with 7 to 10 years of experience in Bakery /  Food Production & who can independently handle factory operations, supervise factory workers, and  ensure that factory targets are met.   The factory manager's responsibilities include scheduling building and equipment maintenance as  needed, regularly walking the factory floor to monitor the performance of factory staff, and ensuring that  all production orders are completed promptly and maintain quality. You should also be able to enforce  compliance with health and safety regulations to prevent accidents and injuries.  Description:   Developing and implementing innovative strategies to streamline factory operations.  Screening, recruiting and training new factory workers.  Collaborating with quality control managers to establish and execute quality control processes.  Ensuring that factory machinery is in good working order.  Analyzing production data to identify and resolve any production issues.  Preparing production reports and submitting them to key decision-makers.  Regularly inspecting finished products to determine whether they meet established quality standards.  Motivating factory workers to continually achieve factory targets.  Should be able to handle Night shifts efficiently and effectively.  knowledge & fulfillment of Statutory Compliance.  Experience from Hospitality Background is mandatory.

 Candidate with minimum 5-10 years of post qualification experience in the same role Able to effectively control the Food & Beverage Cost.  Control the Food and Beverage outlets in terms of wastage, pilferage, and efficiency.  Update and maintain receipts into the systems (FMC).   Check the cost of sales at all F&B outlets and ensure that the costs are within budget.  Check the menu pricing on the POS systems and ensure the correct prices are loaded.  Check the Bakery & Restaurant on a daily basis.  Check and ensure that no material is issued out of the store without a requisition or approval from the respective department head.  Coordinate with restaurant management and finance to sort out issues about F&B.
