Role Summary: The role involves driving business development initiatives for civil & structural repair solutions by managing key accounts, coordinating with technical teams, overseeing end- oend sales operations, and enhancing customer experience. The ideal candidate must possess strong experience in B2B client management, supply chain coordination, sales administration, and customer engagement, with the ability to liaise with contractors, consultants, PMC firms, and industrial customers.   Key Responsibilities: A.) B2B Business Development & Key Account Management Identify, develop, and manage key accounts in the civil structural repair, coatings, and specialty chemical segments. Build long-term business relationships with contractors, consultants, infrastructure companies, and industrial clients. Conduct meetings, presentations, and site visits to understand customer needs and propose appropriate repair solutions. Maintain strong connections with brand partners, OEMs, technical teams, and distribution partners to expand market presence. Lead sales forecasting, pipeline visibility, and monthly business reviews using CRM tools.   B.) Sales Operations Manage the complete sales cycle: enquiry handling, quotations, technical coordination, order processing, deliveries, and post-sales support. Collaborate with internal teams (technical, logistics, warehouse, finance, SAP/Salesforce) to ensure smooth order execution. Ensure timely submission of proposals, product recommendations, method statements, and technical documents. Track project movement from lead to closure through Salesforce/CRM and maintain accurate documentation.   C.) Customer Experience & Technical Support Engage with customers at experience centres, exhibitions, and demonstration facilities for product selection and solution discussions. Coordinate with technical engineers for product trials, application guidelines, and site performance evaluations. Capture customer feedback and work with internal teams to drive continuous improvement in service delivery.   D.) 1. Property & Land Legal Matters Conduct title due diligence, ownership verification, and encumbrance checks for land parcels which are being considered for acquisitions. Review and maintain all land and revenue records, including property cards, 7/12 extracts, mutation entries, and NA/NOC documents and all other documents to each land parcel of the company. Coordinate with the Revenue Department, Collector’s office, and Tehsildar offices for property-related matters permissions, and hearings as may be required. Handle mutation, demarcation, and land conversion issues independently. 2. Drafting & Vetting of Legal Documents Draft, vet, and finalize various real estate contracts and agreements, including Development Agreements, Joint Development Agreements (JDA), and Joint Venture Contracts MoUs, Sale Deeds, Lease Deeds, and Power of Attorney Agreements for Sale, Allotment Letters, and conveyance-related documentation Vendor, consultant, and contractor agreements Ensure contractual protection of company interests and legal soundness of all documents. 3. MAHARERA Compliance Manage end-to-end MAHARERA registration, extensions, quarterly updates, and project reporting. Prepare and verify documentation for Forms A, B, C, and other required declarations. Coordinate with auditors and consultants for CA, Architect, and Engineer certificates. Ensure strict adherence to RERA advertising and disclosure norms. Attend RERA hearings and represent the company before the authority when required. 4. Government Correspondence & Hearings Handle all government correspondences with departments various departments like Town Planning, and Revenue Offices. Prepare written communications, responses to notices, and official replies on behalf of the company. Attend government hearings, site inspections, and followups related to project and property issues. 5. Litigation & Legal Proceedings Handle and coordinate ongoing litigation, arbitration, and revenue cases involving the company. Work with external legal counsels for filing replies, affidavits, and case documentation. Maintain a litigation tracker with case summaries, next dates, and follow ups. 6. Advisory & Internal Legal Support Provide legal advisory to management on project structuring, land acquisition, and contract negotiations. Support internal departments, Operations, Finance, and Sales with legal inputs on agreements and compliance. Identify potential legal risks and recommend appropriate preventive actions. Required Primary Skills Strong knowledge of property law, redevelopment regulations, MAHARERA and Development Regulations Excellent drafting, vetting, and negotiation skills. Experience in government hearings and official correspondence. Good communication, documentation, and coordination abilities. Proactive, reliable, and capable of managing multiple assignments independently. High ethical standards and attention to legal accuracy.
