Implement Pokayoke to reduce internal rejection & potential customer complaints. Implementation of Cost saving projects for Manpower reduction & PMPD Improvement, material utilization, productivity improvement etc. Implement & maintain KANBAN system in organization & at supplier end. To resolve issues with the analytical approach by using 7 QC tools. To implement Kaizens in QA-EXPORT Shop as per target.
