Lead and supervise field teams to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently and on schedule. Allocate manpower, equipment and resources to maximise operational efficiency. Coordinate with contractors, suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution. Monitor project progress and proactively resolve operational and  technical challenges. Maintain accurate daily, weekly and monthly operational reports, inspection records and project documentation. Promote and enforce Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) standards across all operational activities. Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance productivity, quality and operational performance.
