Lead and manage end to end plant operations to achieve production, quality, safety and delivery targets. Plan, organize and oversee daily production activities to meet or exceed customer expectations. Develop and implement systems, processes and performance metrics to improve productivity and ensure optimum utilization of resources. Monitor operations continuously and initiate corrective actions when needed. Hands on experience with industrial equipment and technical operations. Deep understanding of manufacturing KPIs, safety standards, quality protocols and inventory controls.
