Good Castings and Forging Supplier Base in Rajkot Region   6. Strong working knowledge of manufacturing techniques and processes for assigned commodities   7. Excellent change management skills and demonstrated ability to lead change   8. Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications, specifically Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint    9. Experience utilizing financial and data-driven techniques to make decisions.   10. Ability to influence through effective verbal and written communication skills; clearly conveys information and ideas to individuals and groups.    11.
