Position description: We are looking for a true techno-commercial individual who is excited to take up new challenges. He  would be expected to Supplier development - Add new suppliers across old & new categories,  Negotiate with current suppliers to maximize margins and credit terms Primary Responsibilities: Experience working in a start-up would be better (fast-paced dynamic environment) or  experience working in/with the automotive industry  •Candidate should have an understanding of mechanical and electrical tools, machines, and brands  (basic technical awareness)  •Experience in Vendor development; management - skills expected: Negotiation with vendors,  pricing knowledge and awareness of local market  •Handle the RFQs received from customers by ensuring best rate sourcing  •Ensure all RFQs are quoted within time to customers  •Ensure supplier side contracting in place to serve customer orders with minimum delay  •Ensure on-time in-full fulfillment rate of 99%+  •Assisting sales team to achieve monthly sales target  •Growing sales share in the key accounts  •Processing of customer purchase orders and schedules within defined   TAT  •Organizing and updating database of suppliers, delivery times, invoices, and quantity of supplies   •Develop future purchasing plans and potential relationships with vendors  •Ensure orders are placed to relevant supply partners, maintaining quality and pricing standards  •Follow up rigorously to ensure orders are fulfilled on time in full by supply partners  •Ensure timely deliveries to Customers with accurate supporting documents    Educational qualifications preferred Degree: Bachelor of Technology - BTech - Mechanical, Electrical Institution tier: Tier- 2/3 Required work experience Role: 2+ years of experience in Souring, Vendor management  Operations esp. Indirect procurement in B2B, Industrial  products or E-commerce space  Required Skills: Excellent Sales/Business development skills Startup experience would be an added advantage High level of ownership, willingness to set up things from scratch Excellent internal & external stakeholder management  skills.   High level of ownership, willingness to set up things from  scratch.  Excellent negotiation, communication & analytical skills

Job location is Diu UT and Salary is up 35000 INR per month with Food and Accomodation.   The Site Supervisor will be responsible for independently managing and supervising day-to-day site activities, ensuring timely progress, quality control, and safety compliance. This role demands a self-starter, proactive professional who can take initiative, anticipate site needs, and carry out assigned work with minimal supervision. The candidate must possess strong practical knowledge of construction methods, finishing standards, and workforce management.   Key Responsibilities 1. Site Supervision & Execution Oversee daily construction and finishing activities on-site. Ensure all work is carried out as per approved drawings, instructions, and specifications. Supervise contractors, masons, carpenters, plumbers, electricians, and labor teams for smooth workflow. Monitor and verify materials received, quantities used, and work completed. Ensure proper site cleanliness, organization, and safety practices. Report any delays, discrepancies, or technical issues to the Site Engineer/Project Manager promptly.   2. Initiative & Independent Execution Act as a self-driven site lead, capable of taking day-to-day decisions on-site to ensure continuity of work. Anticipate material, labor, and equipment needs and coordinate proactively with procurement and engineers. Plan and execute tasks to maintain work continuity even in absence of higher management. Ensure quality, productivity, discipline, and coordination among site teams.   3. Quality & Safety Control Conduct regular quality checks for civil, finishing, and MEP works. Enforce safety norms and ensure PPE compliance by all site personnel. Prevent rework by maintaining execution accuracy and following approved drawings. Highlight and rectify workmanship or material quality issues immediately. Conduct daily/ weekly/ monthly material testing.   4. Documentation & Reporting Maintain daily work logs, attendance registers, and site progress reports. Record material inflow and outflow, coordinate with stores/procurement teams. Capture daily progress photos and update management via email/WhatsApp as required. Maintain checklists for quality and activity completion.   5. Coordination & Communication Coordinate with the Site Engineer, contractors, vendors, and consultants to ensure smooth project flow. Communicate clearly about requirements, progress, and challenges. Support in preparation of bills, measurements, and progress updates.   Required Primary Skills: Ability to read and understand basic architectural and structural drawings. Knowledge of construction activities & ability to handle work pressure & get execution done through contractors. Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and email communication. Familiarity with site documentation, quality checklists, and progress tracking.
