Lead and manage end to end plant operations to achieve production, quality, safety and delivery targets. Plan, organize and oversee daily production activities to meet or exceed customer expectations. Develop and implement systems, processes and performance metrics to improve productivity and ensure optimum utilization of resources. Monitor operations continuously and initiate corrective actions when needed. Recruit, develop and manage plant personnel while fostering a culture of accountability, safety and continuous improvement. Maintain accurate records for production, safety, attendance, payroll and ergonomics. Ensure compliance with all applicable company policies, procedures, and statutory requirements. Maintain equipment health and drive preventive maintenance practices. Encourage and support employee engagement, innovation and cross functional collaboration. Proven leadership and people management skills. Strong grasp of business fundamentals, including budgeting, resource planning and performance management. Hands on experience with industrial equipment and technical operations. Deep understanding of manufacturing KPIs, safety standards, quality protocols and inventory controls.
