Educational Qualifications: BE (Mech.)/DME
Desired Experience: 1 years experience in a Manufacturing company preferably in the Automobile industry /Casting.

JOB PROFILE
1. Plan all the procedure about customer order in the required timeline.
2. Work at a system to achieve daily activity.
3. Maintaining all documents. like daily job cards, insert frequency chart, set approval record, collect disposal record, idle time data and other all documents.
4.-Analysis of in-shop production and rejection.
5.Handling Customer Complaints and taking Corrective Actions.
6.Control of Production documents and Traceability maintenance of Production records.
7.Good Knowledge in production and quality assurance activities.
8.Good knowledge of all instruments related to quality like a micrometer, bore gauges, vernier caliper, height gauge, pistol caliper & other gauges etc
9. Reduce rejection in process.
