Job Description:
  • Responsible for both Inbound & Outbound calls
  • Timely resolution of issues within TAT
  • Co-ordination with Functional Associates for early response to customers
  • Collection / Collation of Database from Associate Function
  • Timely submission of Daily, Weekly & Monthly Reports
  • Meticulous & timely implementation of various activities
  • Vendor co-ordination
  • Time to time updation of Product & Process knowledge
  • Should have excellent communication skills

Other details:

  • Location- Bandra BKC
  • Working days- Mon to Sat
  • Working time- 9 am to 6 pm
  • Payroll company- Talisman HR Solutions Pvt Ltd (renewable contract every 1 year basis on performance)
