Key Responsibilities:

Achieve branch targets for CASA, term deposits, loans, and cross‑selling.

Manage daily operations, resolve customer issues, and enforce compliance with policies & audits.

Lead, mentor, and coach branch staff; handle recruitment and manpower planning.

Engage with individual and corporate customers; deepen relationships and drive revenue.
