Guest Relations Executive

Job Description:

We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Guest Relations Executive to serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to provide exceptional customer service while supporting sales and administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist guests, clients, and visitors in a professional manner.
• Coordinate and schedule property site visits and tours for prospective customers.
• Support the sales team through lead follow-ups and customer coordination.
• Manage front desk operations, visitor records, and appointment schedules.
• Prepare reports, maintain documentation, and assist with administrative activities.
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
• Address guest concerns and escalate issues appropriately to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Collect and maintain customer feedback for service improvement.
• Assist in organizing property launch events, promotional campaigns, exhibitions, and other marketing activities.
• Ensure availability and proper management of office supplies and reception area standards.
