Job Description:
- Designing and implementing new human capital management policies and procedures to increase employee productivity and efficiency
- Conducting organizational audits to identify areas for improvement in workflow processes or employee satisfaction
- Creating employee training programs that align with company culture and values
- Assessing the organizational structure, including reporting relationships and job descriptions to identify potential problems or opportunities for improvement
- Conducting exit interviews with departing employees to determine reasons for leaving the company
- Advising managers on hiring decisions to ensure that candidates are a good fit for the position and organization
- Conducting employee surveys to determine satisfaction levels with pay, benefits, working conditions, etc.
- Recommending changes to work schedules based on employee availability and workload requirements
- Recommending changes to company policies to improve morale or productivity
