Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced person to join our team. The
ideal candidate will be responsible for building and expanding our retail network, driving seller
acquisitions, training Retailers/sellers to maximize their sales potential, and managing a team of 5
individuals. The Retail Sales Manager will play a key role in developing strategies to increase market
share and achieve sales targets. Additionally, the manager will be responsible for creating and
sharing dashboards to monitor performance and inform decision-making.
“Another important activity is to ensure high visibility at all retail points through merchandising by
merchandisers.”

• Retail Network Development: Identify, recruit, and onboard new Retailers to join our retail
network. Develop strategies to expand our retail presence and increase market penetration.
• Retailers Training: Design and implement training programs for Retailers to enhance their
sales skills, product knowledge, and customer service capabilities. Monitor progress and
provide ongoing support and coaching.
• Acquisition Strategy: Develop and execute innovative acquisition strategies to attract new
Retailers and customers. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align acquisition
efforts with overall business goals.
• Team Management: Lead, motivate, and manage a team of 5 individuals, setting clear goals
and expectations. Conduct performance reviews and foster a positive and productive work
environment.
• Dashboard and Reporting: Build and maintain dashboards to track sales performance, sales
activity. Through a Retailer, and market trends. Share insights and recommendations with
senior management to inform strategic decisions.
• Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in
the retail landscape. Use insights to adjust strategies and optimize performance.
