• Job Description –
• Recruitment and Onboarding:

Conduct recruitment and selection processes (interviews, screening calls, etc.)

Facilitate onboarding for new employees

Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications

• Employee Relations:

Handle employee requests and inquiries regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations

Address employee grievances and provide support for disciplinary actions

• Performance Management:

Assist in performance management processes

Support the management in implementing and tracking performance appraisals

• Training and Development:

Identify training needs by evaluating strengths and weaknesses

Plan and execute training programs

• Compliance:

Ensure compliance with labor regulations

Maintain employee records (attendance, EEO data, etc.) according to policy and legal requirements

• Policy Development:

Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures

Update policies as necessary to comply with legal requirements and best practices

• Employee Engagement:

Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace

Plan and execute employee engagement activities.
